Objective: To study Wushu skills are the dominant class sports also need to show the appearance of the athletes,want to get good grades in the Wushu competition,not only need to have a good sense of direction,the sense of space,asense of strength,and excellent psychological quality,but also need to have enough sense of balance and stability of strength training.In the static and dynamic stability of training requirements andcharacteristics of Wushu athletes scientific training match,also suitable for their physical characteristics,the balance ability of Wushu athletes to enhance strength training,has very importantsignificance to improve their athletic performance.Research methods: the literature method,this paper used experimental method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,the research of Wushu Athletes in core strength training and traditional strengthtraining effect on improving athletes' balance ability,the experimental subjects are 20 Wushu athletes,for a period of four months of training,weekly training 4 times,30 minutes each time.Results:(1)on the double support balance state,core strength training and traditional strength training plays a positive role in promoting students' improvement,compared before and after the test had no significant effect(P > 0.05)after the experiment,the experimental group and the control group showed no significant difference(P > 0.05(2).On the left foot support)balancestate,core strength training group of students before and after the test compared with the significant difference(P < 0.05),the traditional power group of students before and after the test showed no significant difference(P > 0.05);the experimental group students in the left eye closed and static dynamic foot compared with the control group with the students There was significant difference(P < 0.05),the experimental group students in the left eyes and static control group students compared with no significant difference(P > 0.05).(3)on the right foot support balance state,core strength training group of students before and after the test compared with the significant difference(P < 0.05).The traditional power group of students before and after the test showed no significant difference(P > 0.05),after the test of the students in the experimental group in the right eyes and right eyes closed static,static foot dynamics and the students in the control group compared with significant difference(P < 0.05).Research conclusions:(1)the core strength training and traditional strength training can promote the balance to improve the state of Wushu athletes foot support,but no significant effect;(2)the core strength training and traditional strength training can promote the balance to improve the state of Wushu athletes left support.The core strength training support balance state under the effect of significantly better than traditional strength training team of Wushu athletes left;(3)the core strength training and traditional strength training improvement can promote the martial arts athletes right foot support condition.The balance ability of core strength training support condition of Wushu athletes foot flat The improvement of balance ability was better than that of traditional strength training group...
