Purpose: Core stability refers to the ability to control the center of body weight within the normal range of physiology,which is mainly represented by body balance ability.The control ability of body center of gravity is one of the important factors for martial art athletes to obtain excellent performance.In this experiment,martial arts routine athletes are the subjects of the study.In the course of carrying out special balance ability training,the intervention of vibration stimulation is added to explore the influence of vibration training on the core stability of martial arts routine athletes.Methods: The subjects were randomly divided into vibration training group(group Z)and routine training group(group C).Each group has 8 participants that are trained for 12 F weeks and tested in stages.The experimental tests includes six items: "the stability of human center of gravity in bipedal standing","the stability of human center of gravity in single foot standing","the ability of center of gravity to deviate from the limit of human body","the ability to control the transformation of human center of gravity rhythm",and "the eight-stage abdominal bridge".All test data were statistically processed to understand their variation.Results:(1)the stability of body gravity center increased by 7.47% and 7.67% respectively in group Z and group C;(2)in group Z and group C,the control ability of the body center of gravity increased by 13.57% and 7.04% respectively,and the former was higher than the latter;(3)the control ability of the maximum deviation of body weight center of group Z and C group increased by 8.30% and 4.47% respectively,with the former being superior to the latter;(4)the percentage of Z group and C group control body center of gravity is 1.49% and 6.48%,0.66% and 2.18% respectively,and the former is higher than the latter(5)In terms of the improvement rate of the completion ability of eight abdominal bridges,group Z is superior to group C.Conclusion:(1)in a stable environment,the vibration training has no obvious advantages to improve the core stability of the human body,but it has some effect in the unstable state.(2)vibration training speed has certain advantages to enhance the human body static core stability(3)the training of balance ability in vibration state is beneficial to improving the neuromuscular regulation ability of human body.Suggestions:(1)combining the traditional training method with the modern new training method to improve the training effect.(2)to increase the non stable interference factor in the balance training to enhance the body control ability.
