Purposes:With the improvement of life quality,more and more people participate in physical exercise,but most people injury prevention consciousness is not strong,the waist is the important parts of the body,is that many actions of the swimmer,and the waist flexibility is the key reason for a restriction on the movement,its measuring methods also varied,has not yet formed a unified,scientific and effective method,the aim of this study is based on different trunk bending modes related indicators,(1)to investigate the flexibility of the waist measurement,whether down the maximum devices for flexor flexibility is high,the backward fanterior flexor flexibility,too high to the greatest extent,whether the related biomechanics indexes rather than have the same change trend;(2)to explore the waist high flexibility,the subjects of the erector muscule flexion extension phenomenon is how to change,for low back pain and waist flexibility to improve reference measurement.Subject: This study randomly selected 11 male students from shandong normal university sports institute,age: 21.09(0.70)years old,height: 179.36(10.65)cm,weight: 68.65 kg(25.93),and these subjects are not suffering from the small of the back of the disease.Methods: The main using experimental method and mathematical statistics.Collected by multi-channel methods of all subjects were doing down begin to bend to the greatest extent,maximize the back before body bends and begin to bend to the horizontal plane of the three trunk stretch bending,left and right sides of the shaft sma changes in multi-channel semg;With a digital camera to record the subjects three different kinds of trunk bending stretch,at the same time in the press for video camera with led touch methods of electrical switches,closed by a diode light and to ensure that the methods of electricity and kinematics of video synchronous with the metronome(transferred to 60 times/min)to ensure the rhythm of the experimental subjects in the process of stretch bending on torso;Experiments need to use high 30 cm homemade flexibility measurement platform flexible numerical test subjects who were standing on the platform,two feet to open and shoulder are the same as wide,two knees remain upright,arms resting before,follow metronomes do begin to bend down,trunk bending down 4 seconds to the greatest extent,and then stretch 4 seconds to the upright position,the entire uniform,begin to bend to the greatest extent and begin to bend back to the same plane of the horizon.Three groups after the experiment,the subjects stomach on cushions,try your best to do the back body movements to keep 5 seconds,the largest independent contraction test subjects.Results:(1)The maximum begin to bend backwards and begin to bend to the greatest extent,trunk Angle and pelvic inclination is there are no significant difference(P >0.05,and part 1 and part 2,part 3 and part 4 of the bending Angle is P > 0.05,trunk Angle alpha value maximum,pelvic obliquity beta,trunk Angle as well as the methods of electric switch Angle on the maximum before body bends down is greater than the maximum back before body bends,maximum devices for flexor electricity shut down significantly slower than backwards before body bends to the greatest extent,open back sooner than begin to bend to the greatest extent.(2)The maximum down devices for flexor flexibility high value of the subjects in the maximum devices for back bends flexibility value is still high,down to the greatest extent devices for flexor flexibility value and part 1 and part 2 of the bending Angle P< 0.05,the measured maximum downward devices for flexor flexibility and pelvic obliquity relationship P > 0.05,backward maximum devices for flexor flexibility value and trunk Angle alpha,part 2 bending Angle have significant correlation(P <0.05);Maximum down before body bends(significant correlation with the length of a human hand have numerical P < 0.05,no correlation with other body index,maximum back begin to bend length,length of upper arm and forearm to the palm,body length,body length and other indicators are no significant sex.Conclusion: 1)The trunk down in maximum devices for bend backwards and maximum devices for two flexion bending mode,vertical spinal muscular work time is extended,bend relaxation time,maximum devices for bend down than maximum devices for back bend shaft sma longer working hours.2)Two ways under the flexibility of the measured data consistency;Backward maximum devices for the correlation of flexor flexibility and trunk Angle is greater than the maximum devices for bend down and trunk Angle correlation,two bending modes were not linked to the pelvis obliquity.3)Maximum back devices for flexor flexibility value and no correlation between the length of the body related links,down to the greatest extent devices for flexor flexibility value has significant sex with the hand length,and other related links.In the usual sports or acrobatics,repetitive actions do two similar torso flexion and extension,vertical spinal muscular long time without rest,ligament fascia elongated,caused by vertical spinal muscular fatigue,ligament is flabby,easy to suffer from low back pain symptoms.
