Research On Social Sports Instructors' Volunteer Service Record And Star Rating System Construction

"Social sports instructor technology rating system" has been established for more than 20 years.It has gradually become an important system of mass sports in China and played a more and more important role in promoting the development of the national fitness.At present,the grading system of social sports instructor skills ranges from third grade,second grade,first grade and national grade according to number of years and level of ability.It mainly judges and assesses theoretical and technique skills of social sports instructor,but is not able to evaluate their contribution and time to volunteer service.That,to some extent,has resulted in problems of more focus on quantity rather than quality of the work of social sports instructor and over attention to training rather than using.It's important to study on keeping record of social sports instructors' volunteer service and the feasibility of establishing a star rating system,so as to improve the technique grading system of social sports instructors.The feasibility study mainly relies on analysis of social sports instructors' development history and major problems,survey study and logic analysis.Basically,it gave an account in four aspects: realistic demand for deepening systematic and mechanism reform,current state of social sports instructor development,relative survey data and experience in corresponding fields.It also proposed the frame idea of establishing record of social sports instructor volunteer service and the rating system.The results of the study are as follow.1.The research and analysis of the development and current questions of instructors of social sports suggests that a certain extent of incoordination and mismatching exists among these instructors in team construction,commendation and motivation,as well as training and cultivation,which has restricted the sound development of social sport instructors.2.Through the research on realistic demand for deepening systematic and mechanism reform,current state of social sports instructor development,relative survey data and experience in corresponding fields.It shows that the establishment of social sports instructors volunteer service records and the evaluating system is not only feasible and necessary3.Through the research on establishing the framework for volunteer service and star rating system of social sport instructors,the basic train of thought and conception of such establishment is proposed.It is concluded that there's no conflict between the existing system and the aforesaid research,and the system,which can be easily implemented,can facilitate the existing policies.After the study,the establishment of social sports instructors volunteer service records and the evaluating system is not only feasible and necessary for it to strengthen and standardize the management of social sports instructors,but also to carry out the service of incentive and guarantee of social sports instructors,to promote and facilitate the development of fitness industry has very important significance.
