In recent years,China has made brilliant achievements in badminton,badminton has also been widely developed and popularized throughout the country.People from all levels are also involved in badminton.At the same time,badminton teaching methods have attracted the attention of many experts,and become a hot research topic in badminton.This research mainly adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics analysis method and experimental method,combined with the previous research results and methods,to explore the effect of imagery training on the effect of Badminton Footwork teaching,in order to show the effects of imagery training method in Badminton Footwork teaching.This experiment mainly takes students of Badminton Club of Yangzhou University as the object of study.In the form of random grouping,the experiment is conducted for 15 weeks,2 times a week,90 minutes per class.During the experiment of normal control group in accordance with the teaching process,the experimental group in the conventional teaching on the basis of applying imagery training intervention experiment,two groups of students to teachers,teaching facilities,teaching environment,teaching schedule and other favorable factors.In order to avoid the experimental error,we used the method of single blind experiment,and the experimental results show that:(1)the training of imagery in Badminton Footwork Training can not only improve the footwork speed of Badminton Footwork,but also improve the consistency and rationality of the movement.(2)the experimental results show that the gait skill of the experimental group is better than that of the control group.To some extent,the imagery training can promote the motor skills.(3)the representational ability between the experimental group and the control group was not significantly different,but the confidence of both groups was improved,especially in the experimental group,which was more obvious than that in the two groups.Suggest:(1)although imagery training can promote motor skills in footwork teaching,due to its limitations,different measurement methods should be adopted to measure image ability so as to improve accuracy.(2)in the process of imagery training,we should pay attention to the combination of other teaching methods,so that the effect will be better.
