The Application Research Of Mass Work And Social Work In The Care Service Of Left-behind Elderly People In Rural Areas

Rural left-behind elderly problem is the stage of urbanization and the economic and social development in our country.The report clearly put forward the party's 19 th to establish and improve rural left-behind elderly care services as soon as possible,the end of February 2018,the ministry of civil affairs,the old nine departments stressed to strengthen rural left-behind elderly care services.Enhance the level of rural left-behind elderly care services to the party and the government joint social forces to participate in,mass work is the fundamental method and is the foundation of all party work,has the advantages of the organisation,but the party's mass work methods in the new period there are some limitations.Social work is an important force in rural left-behind elderly care services,its method is scientific,assessment system is perfect,but the localization level needs to be promoted.Limitations of mass work of the rural left-behind elderly care services provide a space for social work intervention care services,social work professional and high-efficiency work for the masses to solve care service provided.Based on the QT and QJ village left-behind elderly as the breakthrough point,using the method of combining mass work and social work to solve the problems existing in the rural left-behind elderly care services.First,the mass work and social work research in rural left-behind elderly care services to carry on the literature review.Second,the demand for rural left-behind elderly and caring service analysis of existing problems,the main care problems in five aspects: single left-behind elderly support economic main body,daily life to take care of the lack of care,health care services is insufficient,the next generation monitoring task,spiritual life is monotonous.Again,combination of mass work and social work in care of the necessity and feasibility of both in the theory of main body,content,methods and mechanism of four aspects,and the method of combination in QT and QJ village left-behind elderly care services in the practice of typical cases,the results were analyzed.Finally,in this article,with the method of using mass work and social work to solve the problems of the rural left-behind elderly care services to carry on the summary and reflection.Although mass work and social work is the work of two different methods,the concept of the two has fundamental difference,but both can take steps to combine and able to resolve to stay at home the practical problemsencountered in daily life of old people,help to improve the quality of life in rural left-behind elderly,help to improve the rural left-behind elderly care services.Through theory and practice study: one is the mass work combined with social work can improve the rural left-behind elderly care services.Second,the mass work combined with social work and social workers party cadres' s enthusiasm,promote grass-roots work and common development of social work in the countryside.Three is to help the country and the government to understand the status of the rural left-behind elderly life,caring for the aged service provides a new theoretical perspective and practical model.Four is a clear understanding of the mass work and social work of their respective advantages and limitations.
