Under the background of the increasing aging of the population in our country,the difficulties and problems faced by the elderly who are disabled in rural areas are becoming increasingly prominent,and how to solve the pension problem of disabled elderly people is particularly important.At the same time,due to the characteristics of internal differences and diversified needs of the elderly population,how to meet the needs of disabled elderly people in a targeted way has become an urgent problem to be solved.In view of this situation,how social workers can give full play to their professional advantages and how to adopt social work professional methods to intervene in rural homes for elderly people with disabilities are an issue worth exploring.Therefore,in this study,a case study of rural disabled elderly was conducted to explore personalized home care services for rural disabled elderly.This master's thesis takes the disabled elderly in village H as an example,field surveys and case analysis methods were used to investigate the basic conditions of H villages,and the basic conditions and needs of disabled seniors and the benefits of unclassified disability elderly were obtained.Community service status.From the analysis of the investigation data,it is concluded that the community services currently provided by H village cannot meet the needs of disabled elderly people,and there is a clear difference in the demand of elderly people with mild to moderately severe disabilities.Under this background,this study takes the degree of disability of the elderly as the entry point of intervention.Through the case selection of the disabled elderly people,we finally select a light,moderate and severe disability elderly to intervene in the study.Finally,effect evaluation based on measurement data,work record,care subject evaluation,staff feedback,etc.The results showed that there were significant differences in the effects of the unified services provided by the community and the involvement of social work classifications.It further proves the necessity of social work classification to intervene in home care services for disabled elderly people.By summarizing the case study of social work intervention in rural homes for disabled elderly,this paper analyzes the shortcomings in this process,mainly including: the mutual help function of the neighborhood has not been effectively played;the content of home care services is not diversified;The owner's own potential has not been fully tapped;the professional capacity of the staff is insufficient.Based on this,the characteristics and intervention strategies of the elderly with mild,moderate and severe disability in rural areas are summarized,and it puts forward suggestions for social work to intervene in rural home care services for disabled elderly people,which mainly include: nurturing a team of volunteers for mutual assistance from neighbors to provide assistance for the elderly in allaspects;carrying out rich and varied service projects to meet the needs of the elderly;Its own potential and surrounding resources empower it with empowerment and strengthen the creation and training of professional social work and nursing teams.
