Weather change is closely related to people's lives,directly affecting the people engaged in productive labor,transportation,aerospace and other activities.A variety of severe weather had given the people's lives and property,industrial and agricultural production huge losses of public facilities.Meanwhile,global climate warming have become increasingly prominent,the frequent occurrence of extreme weather climate events and actively respond to climate change,defense of extreme weather disasters has become the greatest challenge facing human survival.So how accurate,timely,continuous detailed monitoring of atmospheric conditions and forecast severe weather to be hot issues,all countries have accelerated the construction of meteorological observation system integrated.In this paper,the traditional parameters collection methods is researched and summarized.Temperature,humidity,pressure,wind speed and wind direction are very important,and system obtains weather conditions through five parameters in the living environment.The temperature will affect the pressure,so temperature compensation is used.This approach is an effective solution to the impact due to the temperature.Considering that meteorological monitoring system needs to research and analysis over an extended period of meteorological parameters,meteorological data achieves mass storage via SD card storage technology.Monitoring data,geographical location data and time data achieves a correspondence relationship through the GPS technology,so that the researchers effectively manage and analyze historical meteorological data.In order to the researchers more easily monitor emergency,the system uses the GSM alarm function.When meteorological parameter is over the warning value,the system will send an alarm signal via GSM.The mobile interactive interface of mobile meteorological stations is designed using the GUI.Users choose to enter the parameters acquisition interface of temperature,humidity,pressure,wind speed and wind direction via the touch screen.Finally,comparative and analysis the standard value with meteorological data collected by the system.Experimental results show that:Temperature accuracy is up to 0.1 ?,humidity accuracy achieves 3.0%RH,pressure accuracy can reach 0.1 mbar,accuracy of wind speed is up to 0.1 m/s,16 orientations of wind direction can be accurately measured.The indicators of meteorological parameters meet the accuracy requirements of meteorological monitoring system and the system can overcome the limitations of the complicated geographic environment and accurately and efficiently monitor the meteorological data.
