In this thesis,we study a kind of the surface of the waveform measurement method based on line structured light 3D measurement technology after illuminating the development overview in this field.In structured light 3D measurement,the thesis researches on it from theory aspect and designs a series of the experiments.The method solves the problems for feature extraction and the extraction of camera.In this thesis,the main work is as follows:1.Based on the main technical parameters of the system,by comparing several measuring surface wave research plan,the thesis adopts a wave height measurement method based on structure light vision measurement technology.Some key techniques especially main problem as well as technical difficulties are illuminated.2.The gray distribution of stripes reflected from the sea-surface based on the optical characteristics,a extraction method of wave light strip center is designed based on the gray statistical in this thesis,which breakthroughs traditional ways based on line structural light extraction.Dynamic real-time monitoring shows that this method is feasible,easy to operate and suitable to extract water strip image in laboratory conditions.3.This thesis introduces the line structured light 3D measurement principle and analysis of the linear camera model.For the calibration of line structured light vision measuring system,a camera calibration method is designed based on checkerboard in the thesis,and a calibration method is designed based on laser light plane intersection.Finally,through the experiment,calibration results of the method are reliable,precision is high.4.This thesis designs the software of the system,and according to the principle of Open GL,the parts of the software of 3D visualization of the preparation of waves is programmed.In this thesis,system for sea waves mainly accomplishes three tasks: measurement,processing and display.The thesis makes the calibration experiment,static and dynamic measurement experiment by using the experimental platform.The results show that the sea waveform measurement method based on structure light measurement technology,can complete the needs of the system.
