Laser cladding is a technology of surface modification and rerepair for matrix.By irradiating the processed parts with high energy laser beams,the coating materials and the surface of the surface are fused and cooled instantaneously,and a layer of alloy coating with special properties is formed on the surface of the matrix.The technology can improve the wear resistance,corrosion resistance,high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance of the matrix surface.Economic benefits.In this paper,monocular vision measurement system is applied to detect the processing dimension of cladding coating,and the processing effect under specific processing parameters is studied.The detection method is simple in structure,fast in measurement and high in accuracy.It can highlight the size and morphology of cladding layer by modeling.In order to improve the adaptability of the measurement method in the cladding layer detection,three key technologies of monocular vision measurement are studied in this paper.In order to accurately extract the line of light strip,in view of the small size and complexity of the surface of the cladding layer,the direction template method is proposed in this paper.This method effectively avoids the interference of the information of the surrounding light,and can show the changing trend of the light strip more comprehensively.In order to simplify the calibration tool of the measurement system and improve the calibration efficiency,this paper designed ten The character calibration board and the variable posture carrier platform can achieve interstellar calibration,laser plane calibration and the calibration of the scanning path through this tool.At the same time,it reduces the requirements for the processing precision of the carrier platform in the experiment.In order to realize the reliable three-dimensional coordinate calculation and reduce the position requirements of the measurement system to the measured objects,this paper puts forward the basis of this paper.The coordinate mapping coordinate algorithm,this method only uses the calibration results of the camera and the laser plane to realize the calculation of the three coordinates of the EW.It avoids the error caused by other parameters in the algorithm,reduces the requirements of the measured objects,and realizes the three coordinate calculation with high precision and good robustness.This method effectively improves the adaptability of monocular vision measurement in cladding coating detection.
