By recrystallization,CC on silica gel,RP-18,preparative high liquid chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 as well as preparative thin layer chromatography,and were eludiated by UV,NMR,MS,CD and X-ray crystallographic,24 compounds were obtained,including 5 new compounds.The compounds include terpenes,azaphilone,flavone and acid anhydride as well as some other small molecule compounds.Antimicrobial activities were examined for some compounds.In order to researching on the diversities and bioactivities of marind-derieved fungus,investigation on the secondary metabolites of P.multicolor MA-327 resulted in 12 compounds(YM 1~YM 12),including two new compounds(YM 1 and YM 2).And YM 1 exhibited weak activity against Vibrio harveyi.Compound YM 2exhibited activity against Edwardsiella tarda,Micrococcys luteus,Pseudomonsa aeruginosa,and the highest activity was observed for M.luteus,with an MIC value of16 ?g/mL,which is same as the positive control chloramphenicol.Investigation on the secondary metabolites of C.perangustum MA-318 resulted in 8 compounds(SG 1~SG 8),including a new compound(SG 1).And compound YM 1 exhibited activity against M.luteus and Fusarium graminearum.In the process of screening against the activity of aquatic pathogens bacteria,it was found that the activity of Qiai collected in Qichun and its endophytic fungi was better.The petroleum ethe: ethyl acetate = 1: 1 was selected.4 compounds(HT 1~HT4)was obtained,including two new compounds(HT 1 and HT 2).New compound HT 1 exhibited antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus,V.harveyi,P.Aeruginosa and Vibrio parahaemolyticus.And new compound HT 2 show activity against Gaeumannomyces graminis with an MIC value of 16 ?g/mL,better than the positive control chloramphenicol(MIC = 32 ?g/mL).The study on the secondary metabolites enrich the research on natural products.We find some compounds with activities against fungi,bacterium in the examing ofbioassay,which will become successful application for developing the marine natural products.
