For a long time,in the field of industrial production,real time detection of the accumulation of loose materials has been a technical problem for the engineers.Traditional measuring methods of large workload,workers need to be material in batches to level to measure geometry shape rules,record data information.Its production efficiency is low,lag and so on shortcomings can't satisfy the need of modern manufacturing industry.The above problems,the author of this paper has carried on some research,design a set of conveyor flow real-time detection system based on laser measurement technology.This system using non-contact laser scanning technology for driving the material in the process of contour scanning the wholeness of different time contour section point cloud data obtained.At last,through the transient flow mathematical model based on surface integrals,combined with the speed sensor measured instantaneous tape speed the flow of materials,such as quality information and stored in a database.In this paper,the software programming is partly by based on.net platform of object-oriented programming language c#,using the unified modeling language UML for visual modeling system.Finally,in the laboratory conditions,verify the feasibility of this real-time detection system and analyze the experiment error systematically.
