Castanopsis species is a species of the distribution range of this plant is mainly concentrated in the subtropical and tropical parts.The Castanopsis plants both in medicinal value,or the value of timber are of great use,but the use of different types of Castanopsis plants which have a greater difference,so the Castanopsis species identification on plant protection and utilization value plays a very important role.At present,species identification means commonly used are:forestry professionals experience image recognition method,for plant wood,tree ring characteristics analysis,plant DNA identification method,but the recognition methods of great limitations often limited experience,wood,rings plant characteristics with the changes of the environment,collecting plants DNA quantity of sample size and many other objective reasons of recognition of forestry professional and technical personnel,this will result in the species identification of real-time is not high,species differences,the accuracy is not high.This paper uses digital image technology of Castanopsis plant leaves and leaf vein image information collection,analysis,according to the Castanopsis leaf veins,uniqueness,regularity and characteristics,through the technology of digital image contrast and scanning technology and database technology to complete the identification of Castanopsis species and exploring new species of Castanopsis genus.Through gray algorithm iteration threshold segmentation method in image processing technology to complete the identification of the genus castanopsis,main research contents are as follows:?)The use of SQL Server database management software system is established in Fujian Province,15 kinds of Castanopsis mature leaves,flowers,uses,genera detailed information such as information database,and establish the B/S structure of Castanopsis plants based on basic information query system.?)The FPGA+DSP dual core pipelined architecture is adopted,and the design of GPRS wireless transmission is adopted to improve the speed of image processing and the real-time identification of tree species.?)the iteration threshold segmentation method of digital image technology,leaf shape,leaf vein,castanopsis plants flowers,fruits and other plants after the image information extraction by image information than the right,plants of the genus castanopsis species distribution,and species characteristic of information through a terminal display.The system uses the BP neural network for analysis,through the FPGA+DSP architecture,from the recognition speed of about 2s,the accuracy rate of 91.0715%,and the stability of the whole system is better.This study has important significance to the recognition of Fujian province Castanopsis plants and trees,has important reference value for other species identification system.
