After more than 40 years of exploration of Liaohe igneous rock,it is practically proved that the rift of Liaohe has the feature of strike-slip rifting basin in the Mesozoic and Cenozoic rift system,of which the Cenozoic igneous rock reservoirs develop widely and the drilling igneous rock reservoirs accounted for 45% of the total.Some industrial oil flow reservoirs of high-yield drilling igneous rock indicate a good exploration progress.With the extensive exploration of sinking igneous rock in eastern Liaohe depression,igneous rock is hopefully becoming an increase-production area.This thesis summarizes the temporal-spatial distribution and geochemical characte-ristics of sinking igneous rock in eastern Liaohe depression,while presenting the sorting technique and logging identifying methods of Shasan member igneous rock.Also,the following items of igneous rock are analyzed in this paper: the types and features,the eruption cycles and seismic facies characteristics,types and distribution of the reservoir space.Research is made to study the lithology and cycle characteristics of reservoir space as well.To analyze the interaction of physical property,lithology,petrofacies and diagenesis of igneous rock,trachyte,basalt and diabase are selected,with the study of source-reservoir-seal,structure,the reservoir evolution,drilling engineering and oil testing.By the discussion of controlling factors and formation of reservoirs as well as the research of single well,well ties and the earthquake connection,prediction is made about the favorable zone of igneous rock,which has a significant impact on the expansion of igneous rock in the near future.
