| With the constant progress of marine fishing technology,more and more people are involved in the fishing industry,which makes the traditional offshore fishery resources in China facing the unprecedented pressure,severe recession of fishery resources occurs.As the warm water ocean biological species,Sthenoteuthis oualaniensis is widely distributed in the South China Sea waters in our country,with the abundant resource accordingly,the annual catch could be up to nearly ten thousand tons,which has the relatively high economic development value.The research makes use of the Sthenoteuthis oualaniensis resources of the South China Sea,which can not only reduce the pressure of the offshore fishery catch industry in our country,but also make full use of the open sea resources,furthermore,it can promote the development of the marine science and achieve the goal of sea power.Based on the field investigation as well as analysis of the Sthenoteuthis oualaniensis resources and the development status in the South China Sea,this paper grasps the migration distribution and development potentiality of the resources of the Sthenoteuthis oualaniensis in the South China Sea,then the main problems facing in its development are analyzed.According to the reality of the fishery development in South China Sea in our country,drawing lessons from the neighboring countries as well as the technical experience China's fishery in the open sea,the paper puts forward the construction of the whole industry chain system of the catch,preservation,distribution and sales of the Sthenoteuthis oualaniensis resources in South China Sea,at the same time,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are made.The main research results are as follows:1.The paper basically master the biological characteristics of Sthenoteuthis oualaniensis resources in South China Sea,such as the population structure,age and reproduction.In the South China Sea,there are two species groups of Sthenoteuthis oualaniensis: the medium-sized group as well as micro group.Among them,the medium-sized group is the advantaged population,which is involved in the whole South China Sea waters,breeding in multiple seasons all the year round,the peak of which centered in April to July,with the life cycle of one year thereabout,the supplementary group is sufficient,the resource recovery is rapid.Furthermore,it has the obvious vertical activity and seasonal migration,with crustaceans,cephalopods and the small fish of the upper-middle-level for food,while it is also the major source of food for many sea birds and fishes.2.By analyzing the historical investigation and research materials,combining the characteristics of natural environment in the South China Sea,the paper preliminarily understands the resource scale and distribution characteristics of the Sthenoteuthis oualaniensis in the South China Sea.The distribution location of the Sthenoteuthis oualaniensis fishing ground varies along with the change of seasons,the fishing ground distribution of the entire South China Sea is roughly in accordance with the time shifting from north to south,the resources reserves being about 2 million tons.The catch concerning it in spring is higher than other three seasons.Spring center fishing ground is located in 14.5 ° ~ 16.5 ° N;waters between 113 °E and 116 ° E,autumn center fishing ground is located in the waters between 17 ° ~ 18 ° N and 113.5 ° ~ 115.5 ° as well as the waters between 12.5 °E ~ 15.5 ° N and 115.5 ° ~ 117 ° E.3.Based on the light cover net fishing technology,the paper makes the research as well as analysis of the catch situation of the Sthenoteuthis oualaniensis fishery in the surrounding countries and regions of the South China Sea,the results show that the light cover net fishing vessel is the most effective way of catching Sthenoteuthis oualaniensis,at the same time,Sthenoteuthis oualaniensis is also the main component concerning the catch gained by way of the light cover net.Through the analysis of the catch cost benefit of the Guangxi and Sansha light cover net fishing boats in the South China Sea waters,the economic benefits concerning it are relatively promising.4.Investigate the development status of Sthenoteuthis oualaniensis fishery and explore its processing and utilization technology.Sthenoteuthis oualaniensis can not only be processed into a wide range of leisure food for sale,but also applied to cosmetics,biological medicine and other fields after deep processing,its economic utilization value is relatively high,with the huge potentiality in market development.5.Summary the development course of the South China Sea Sthenoteuthis oualaniensis fishery in our country,and analyze the experience gained and lost in the production fishing and industrial development.The biological investigation and resource assessment of the Sthenoteuthis oualaniensis were not accurate in the process of exploring catch.The neighboring countries' predatory exploitation of the resources in the South China Sea in our country is relatively serious.The technological level has greatly restricted the development of the processing and utilization of Sthenoteuthis oualaniensis,and the industrial system has not yet formed.6.Regarding the problems encountered in the development of the resources of the Sthenoteuthis oualaniensis in the South China Sea,combining the objective practical situation,this paper comes up with the feasible suggestions for fishery development.With the in-depth exploration in details from the multiple levels,such as the policy level,technology level,enterprise level,this paper puts forward the feasible countermeasures and suggestions concerning the whole industry chain development of the South China Sea Sthenoteuthis oualaniensis' preservation,distribution and sales,and makes an attempt to promote its implementation settled in the form of project. |
