Magnetic Resonance Sounding(MRS)technology is currently the only non-invasive method for direct groundwater exploration,it has a significant position in groundwater exploration projects.In the MRS water detection instrument,the transmitting system determines many key factors such as the depth,efficiency,and accuracy of the instrument.It seems like the heart of the instrument and holds the lifeblood of the detection work.The transmitting system relies on the resonant capacitor to make reactive power compensation to the transmitting curcuit.The harmonic technology relates to the working quality of the MRS transmitting system.It determines the excitation pulse moment(product of emission current and emission time)and thus affects the detection depth,detection efficiency and accuracy of the instrument.As of now,the MRS water detection instrument's harmonic technology still remains in the manual access to the resonant capacitor stage,which has many difficulties and limitations.Such as: in the underground(tunnel / mine)detection project,for the explosion-proof,waterproof,etc.,the instrument is not allowed to open the protective box when carrying out the work of the distribution of harmonic;manual coordination of electrical safety is poor,the risk of electric shock is easy to occur;with harmonic work core devices ——there are measurement errors in the capacitance and inductance;the harmonic matching process is complicated,the efficiency is low,and the experience is demanding,and the artificial harmonic distribution results are inconsistent and the accuracy is poor.The limitation of the harmonic matching technology leads to the defect of MRS water detection instrument capability: underground engineering cannot be applied normally;insufficient harmonic precision leads to poor transimtting current quality,and the depth of detection does not reach the ideal target;low harmonic matching efficiency leads to low efficiency of the instrument.In the case of limited energy,the number of acquisition of groundwater signals is reduced and the depth of the final detection results is affected.In order to solve the above problems,this paper studies the Program Controlling Harmonics Technology of the MRS water detector transmitting system.The main work and methods are as follows:(1)For high-power program-controlled switches—high-voltage relays—instead of manual operation for a series of defects in manual operation.Take the MCU + CPLD + host computer as the core to complete the system's automatic control;(2)For the lack of matching accuracy take automatic frequency sweep control method for the system to automatically select the best harmonic state,the transmitter coil inductance high-precision measurement function,to the maximum extent to avoid the mismatch caused by capacitance,inductance error;(3)For the reliability of high-power electrical reliability issues,by analyzing the limits of the parameters to select the appropriate core devices,and the use of "isolation + low-power switching" technology to complete the control of high-voltage relays;(4)For the compatibility of the program-controlled harmonic device and MRS water detector,developed a reasonable communication software / hardware system,and the mechanical structure of the 3D Simulation.After researching the above content,successfully developed a program controlling harmonic matching device with automatic,high-precision,high-reliability,high-efficiency,and perfect compatibility with the MRS water detector.It can effectively solve the drawbacks of manual operation,and enhance the quality of the emission current by increasing the precision of harmonic matching,thereby optimizing the excitation pulse moment,so that the detection depth of the MRS detection instrument can reach the most ideal state.The research on the MRS water detector transmitting system program controlling harmonic matching technology has effectively solved some of the bottlenecks of the current MRS detection technology and enhanced the MRS water detection instrument's detection capabilities,enabling it to detect groundwater distribution information in a more ideal state.
