Objective: The aim of study is to explore the accuracy of the SLA-3D printing model in Department of orthopedics, and to clarify the reliability of the clinical application of the technology, and provide a theoretical basis for its application. Methods: A total of 61 cases of SLA-3D printing models were included in study randomly, and CT data collection and three-dimensional(3D)reconstruction were performed.According the clinical application characteristics of the models, some related parameters of original data and model data were selected to be measured, respectively. The relative and absolute errors were calculated. The paired t test and intraclass correlation coefficient(ICC)were used to evaluate the consistency of the data. The 3D errors analysis of prosthesis was carried out by Geomagic studio 12.0 software. The reliability of 3D model was observed in a clinical case.Result: The parameters of SLA-3D printing models: 61 cases of SLA-3D printing were divided into 3 groups including 28 cases of long bone,11 cases of irregular bone and 22 cases of prosthesis. The selected parameters were showed on table 3.1.The ICC values of parameters between original data and model data were all greater than 0.990.In addition to the maximum height(MH)of long bone, there was no significant difference in the other parameters(P > 0.05).The MH value of the long bone in the model data group was greater than it of the original data group(P=0.002).Relative and absolute errors of SLA-3D printing models: The maximum values of the absolute and relative error of the parameters were the maximum height of the long bone(0.73 + 0.37)mm and the diameter of the marrow cavity 2 of long bone(4.32 + 4.96)%.The mean values were(0.41 + 0.38)mm and(1.64 + 2.49)% respectively.3D errors between prosthesis and model: The maximum values of positive error and the minus error were 1.99 mm and 1.93 mm,respectively. The maximum values of positive error and minus error of 22 prostheses were(1.31 + 0.38)mm,(1.29 + 0.36)mm,respectively.The mean value of 3D error ranges from 0.02 mm to 0.15 mm.A case of model application: According to the intraoperative observation, the model was highly consistent with the bone, and the follow-up effect was satisfactory after the operation. Conclusion: In this study, the accuracy of the 61 cases of SLA-3D printing model in the Department of orthopedics was studied from various angles.According to the statistical results of the measurement,it can be considered that the model CT data was highly consistent with the original CT data.At the same time, the SLA-3D print medical model in orthopedics was in conformity with the error range of SLA-450 3D printing equipment, the error of parameters can meet the requirements of orthopedic clinical application. In addition, the 3D printing model had achieved satisfactory results in the application of clinical case. The accuracy of SLA-3D print medical model can meet the application requirements in the process of disease diagnosis and treatment in orthopedics, and the model was reliable as a means of auxiliary diagnosis and treatment for the complex orthopedic diseases.
