In recent years,with the accelerating process of urbanization and the development of postdisaster reconstruction,human engineering and economic activities such as urban construction and resource exploitation continue to expand.Unfavorable engineering geology activities have aggravated the occurrence and development of geological disasters in Wenchuan earthquakeaffected areas.The vulnerability assessment of geo-disaster bearing body is a key component of geological disaster risk assessment.At present,vulnerability assessment has become an important direction in disaster and sustainable development research.From the perspective of the carrier of disasters that affects the vulnerability of geological hazards,this paper discusses the assessment methods for the vulnerability of disaster-bearing bodies for regional geological disasters,and provides technical support for regional disaster prevention and reduction.1.Overview.This article first fully investigates the research on the vulnerability of geodisasters by domestic and foreign scholars,compares and analyzes different research methods,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of common technical methods.2.Index system.This article combines the characteristics of geo-disaster hazard bearing body,and constructs an assessment index system for hazard bearing body from the four aspects of life,material,ecological environment and social economy.Including 19 categories of secondary indicators such as human casualties,damage to infrastructure such as construction and lifeline engineering,destruction of water,air,soil and other ecological environments,socioeconomic indicators,psychological trauma,social stability coefficient.It involves all aspects of human society.3.Assessment method.Through the comprehensive comparison of the vulnerability assessment methods,TOPSIS model and weighted sum model were selected.It also studies and improves the weight determination method and establishes the vulnerability assessment model based on the improved combination weighting method.4.Qingchuan research.This article takes Sichuan Qingchuan County,a severely-wrecked Wenchuan earthquake,as the research object,based on the study of the regional geological environment and the characteristics of hazard bearing body,12 assessment indicators were selected from four aspects of life,material,ecological environment,and social economy to construct mountainous area geology.The disaster vulnerability assessment index system uses administrative villages and townships as assessment units,and adopts the TOPSIS model and the weighted summation model in the disaster risk assessment system to carry out the vulnerability of geological hazard bearing body in Qingchuan County.Finally,the assessment results were evaluated and compared.The assessment results show that among the 217 administrative villages in Qingchuan County,the administrative villages of Tangjiahe,Suhe,and Maoba have the highest vulnerability grade;followed by the areas of the horse riding,Guanyindian,Dayuan Huizu,Magong,etc.are Higher vulnerability levels;Most of the remaining areas are vulnerable to low and below vulnerability levels.The calculation results of the TOPSIS model and the weighted sum model are compared and analyzed,and they have good consistency.According to the characteristics of the vulnerability of the hazard bearing body in Qingchuan County,the paper puts forward specific measures and suggestions for disaster prevention and mitigation.
