The current social laser technology is widely used in various industries,and laser positioning technology is one of the key technologies of laser technology in international scientific research and development.Laser positioning technology to control the position of the laser spot to follow the target position changes,so that the spot accurately positioned to the target point,to achieve the effect of laser positioning.According to the scanning principle of galvanometer mirror,the laser precise positioning system based on galvanometer is designed.The position of the pixel where the feature point locates is obtained through edge detection,and then converted to the voltage data for controlling the deflection of the galvanometer through the equal-proportional algorithm,and finally sent to the lower position machine.D/A conversion and amplification,on the basis of the fitting algorithm to correct the voltage data so that the laser precisely aligned target.The main purpose of this paper is to study a method based on dot matrix medical combined with image processing technology to replace the traditional full coverage medical treatment.Compared with the traditional full-coverage medical approach,this system has the features of high positioning accuracy,fast recovery,and low cost.Targeted treatment under high-precision positioning not only greatly reduces the recovery time of the treatment site,but also reduces the cost of treatment.This paper first selects the appropriate device to build a laser scanning control system,then introduces the components of the device,and design the corresponding software system,and then describes the function of the software module.Then the advantages and disadvantages of several mainstream corner detection algorithms are analyzed,and the improved Shi-Tomasi algorithm based on Harris algorithm is deduced and tested.Next,in order to generate the analog driving voltage,a USB interface controller hardware circuit is designed to realize the digital-to-analog conversion function,and the circuit simulation software is used to test the amplifying circuit.Finally,the design of a good control of single-chip control software,will be embedded in the control chip,and design friendly human-computer interface to facilitate the entire system easy to operate.Based on the above,this paper analyzes the mechanism of the geometric distortion of the galvanometer scanning system,and applies the direct fitting correction algorithm to the error,and obtains the accurate positioning algorithm.Through many experiments and tests,the system has achieved the expectation and achieved a good positioning effect.
