Since the emergence of laser processing technology,it has been paid more and more attention by the world's major industrial countries because of its unique advantages.In the last several years,with the fast development of advanced manufacturing,laser processing technology is widely used in electronic information industry,semiconductor industry,precision machinery manufacturing.Laser processing software controls the whole process of laser processing,which is an important part of laser processing technology industry.In this paper,the optical system withgalvanometer scanner,which is a critical part of laser processing device,is introduced.Then the geometric distortion of the galvanometer scanner system is analysized,and some methods to correct the geometric distortion is discussed.When the scanning plane is in small size,the distortion curve can befitted with quadratic curve,after the reverse compensation of scanning pattern can get correction graph better;Witn the combination of compensation and grid interpolation algorithm,the correction results can be obtained with certain accuracy,achieving precision laser machining request.The software modules of distortion correction and scanning control can be completed by various algorithms.Then simple scanninggraphicscan be drewin the drawing area of the software,and the external vector file can be also imported,then the scanning coordinate data can be got through the data processing module.The software is the application under the Windows operating system,which is developed in the VisualStudio2013 environment using C++ object-oriented programming method.With the advantages of object-oriented programming,the software can be divided into different modules.These modules can commbined closely,but do not affect with each other.It can increase the portability of the module,and enhance the scalability of the software.At the sametime,the friendlyof software interface must be paied attention.
