With the rapidly development of science and technology,the high accuracy of timing frequency transfer is becoming more and more important in the communication system,the national defense system,the power system,the financial system,and so on,and users put forward higher requirements on the satellite data quality.The dependence on GPS timing technology is not conducive to long-term development of the country.Conduct research on the satellite timing and monitoring technology is beneficial for solving the demands of high precision time synchronization in every departments and industries,and it is advantagable to improving the user's protection level.In order to improve the accuracy of BDS timing,get rid of the dependence of GPS timing technology,and improving the user's protection level,based on the principle of single star timing,the principle of single frequency timing,the principle of dual frequency timing and the principle of common-view timing,the BDS/GPS multi-mode timing is realized,according to the characteristics of multi station monitoring,proposed the hierarchical monitoring about the station and the system,combined with timing and monitoring methods,BDS/GPS pseudo range timing and satellite monitoring software were completed;the principle of RIAM algorithm is deeply analyzed,and the reliability matrix and the whole design matrix are obtained by special transformation;the error correction residual in the time service is analyzed,and the user's equivalent distance error and the time service uncertainty are obtained,using the IGS and the MGEX data,the accuracy analysis of BDS/GPS in all kinds of timing mode is completed,the correctness of timing uncertainty is proved,to a certain extent the accuracy of time service is improved,especially,when the distance between two stations is 3000 km,the accuracy of GPS CV reaches to 4 ns.
