Research On The Development Of Urban Component Management System And Its Key Problems

The urban basic component as an important object of urban management,plays a decisive role in the city's construction,development and refinement of urban management according to its management efficiency and methods.The paper provides a program for the construction of urban basic component management system to refine the current management of urban infrastructure.The paper analyzes the system requirements,designs and realizes the urban basic component management system and focuses on the research of grid automatic partitioning function and component inspection route planning function in system construction according to the system construction content.Based on the analysis of urban basic component characteristics and urban management unit,the feasibility of hierarchical spatial reasoning theory in urban grid automatic division is discussed,at the same time,the constraints of the three elements of the land,the geometric attributes of the land and the number of the parts in the block is put forward to establish grid pyramids that can carry different levels of information while the urban space is divided into four levels of irregular grid and unified coding based on the administrative area.The problem of component inspection is transformed to the problem of road patrol near the component according to analyzing the components of the inspection features,and Floyd and backtracking method are combined to solve the problem of multi-target minimum patrol path.Finally,the urban basic component system to achieving the above functions is established with Shenyang Yuhong District being as the experimental area based on the C#+ ArcEngine combination development method.The examination of results shows that the boundary of the grids is clear and the area is stable,which is in accordance with the principle of grid division,and results of the inspection route of the parts meet the inspection characteristics.The system meets the need of the management components,and provides the technical guarantee for the construction of the intelligent city.
