AIRS(hyper spectral infrared detector)has super high spectral resolution and contains a lot of cirrus information.But its spatial resolution is low,which cannot highlight details and affect the analysis results.MODIS(medium resolution spectral imager)has high spatial resolution.If MODIS data can be fused into AIRS data,the use value of AIRS data can be improved.In order to combine the advantages of high spectral resolution(AIRS)and high spatial resolution(MODIS)satellite detection data and improve the utilization rate of satellite detection data,the wavelet transform algorithm and the fusion algorithm based on PCA weighting are used to fuse the AIRS and MODIS data.In order to verify the feasibility of the fusion result,the fusion data needs to be inversely calculated.Cloud detection and cloud phase detection are the prerequisites for the further use of satellite data.At present,the method of cloud detection and cloud phase detection for AIRS field of view is generally detected by spatially matched MODIS data,but not all field of view There are matching with the MODIS data,this method has great limitations.Therefore,based on the threshold method and the statistical method,this paper draws on the cloud-based cloud detection algorithm of MODIS in the infrared band,uses the AIRS data to clear the blue sky and cloud phase of the AIRS field of view,and the final result MODIS standard business products were compared,the results show that the use of AIRS own data on the field of clear sky and cloud phase recognition have a better effect.After completing cloud detection and cloud phase recognition,the optical thickness and particle size of the cirrus cloud are retrieved by physical inversion,and the inversion results are compared with the AIRS inversion products and MODIS standard business products.The results show that the inversion results of the fused products are more detailed than the AIRS inversion results,and the MODIS standard products are consistent with the AIRS inversion results.It verifies the feasibility of two algorithms to integrate hyperspectral and high spatial resolution data,and the advantage of wavelet fusion algorithm.It provides a new way for the data fusion of hyperspectral and high spatial resolution data,and has a certain guiding value for the analysis of hyperspectral and high spatial resolution data of satellite detection.
