With the rapid development of science and technology,microwave radiation measurement equipment has been widely used in scientific research and industrial fields.It has important significance in resource survey?weather forecast?disaster prevention?climate detection and so on.The blackbody source provides reliable measurement datum for microwave detection equipment.It is the most important part of the detection equipment.The radiant performance of the blackbody source determines the accuracy of these measuring devices.In order to get accurate data,it is necessary to improve the radiation performance of the blackbody source,so the research on the blackbody source is very important.The temperature field inside the ideal blackbody source is uniform isothermal field,but in reality,there is a temperature gradient in the blackbody source,which has a negative influence on the calibration precision of the blackbody source.This paper focuses on the study of the temperature field of the blackbody source,improves the structure of the blackbody calibration source and improves the calibration precision,and designs a set of black body radiant with excellent performance.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the relevant information and the research status of blackbody sources at domestic and foreign,the existing problems of blackbody source temperature field are put forward.The significance of this study is summarized.(2)According to the technical requirements of the blackbody source,the structure design and the temperature control system are designed in detail.The structure design includes the design and processing method of the coated cone,the design of the fixed plate,the selection of the thermal insulation material and the design of the heating device;the temperature control system is the core of the temperature control by the single chip STC12C5A60S2,and the temperature is controlled and adjusted by PID.The temperature of the radiation source can be accurately reached to the set temperature.(3)The thermal simulation analysis of the temperature field of the blackbody source is carried out by using the ANSYS software.In view of the temperature simulation results,the structure of the blackbody source is optimized and the optimized structure is simulated and analyzed.Finally,the optimization scheme of the structure is obtained.(4)According to the structure optimization of the blackbody source,the temperature measurement test of the coated cone is carried out,and the results are compared with the simulation results to prove the correctness of the simulation results.By optimizing the blackbody source structure,we can greatly reduce the temperature gradient inside the blackbody source and improve the temperature uniformity of the blackbody source.It meets the requirements of technical indicators.The accuracy of the simulation is verified by the experimental results,which verifies the feasibility and reliability of the thermal simulation calculation method.
