China is a country with a multi mountain environment.There are plenty of slopes in nature.With the gradual development of modernization,more and more artificial slopes will appear.This is an objective decision that China faces various slope problems every year,such as landslides,collapse and debris flows,which often cause serious casualties and unnecessary economic losses.Slope stability has also become a problem that many scholars pay attention to and focus on.Various methods for slope stability analysis emerge as the times require.Based on the control project of the landslide in Chaoyang Village,QianGuo province,this paper used the FLAC3D5.0 software to simulate the landslide in the study area,made a detailed analysis of the three-dimensional model of the typical section by using the strength reduction method of the software to calculate the slope safety factor.The main research contents include:1.This paper summarized the research results and related theories of slope stability at home and abroad,systematically analyzes the engineering geology,hydrogeology and other conditions of the study area.2.In this paper,the basic structural characteristics of landslide and the mechanism of deformation and failure are discussed,and the stability of slope is evaluated by the limit equilibrium method.3.This paper introduced the principle of FLAC method in detail,and established the generalized 3D numerical model of typical landslide profiles by using FLAC3D5.0 software.By analyzing the stress and strain of the numerical model,the distribution of the displacement field,the stress field and the plastic deformation zone,and the comparison with the result of the limit equilibrium method,the stability of the landslide is evaluated.4.Based on the evaluation results of landslide stability in the study area,this paper puts forward a control plan that accords with engineering practice.5.The main contents and achievements of this paper are summarized.Finally,the shortcomings of the existing research and future research prospects are also presented.
