Underwater positioning and distance measuring system is widely used in ocean engineering.This paper studies a combined positioning system combined with satellite positioning system(GPS),which has strong flexibility and high cost performance,and has important application value and development prospect.Buoy receiving and processing platform is an important part of underwater positioning and distance measuring system.The performance of the platform directly affects the function and accuracy of the whole system.A good buoy receiving and processing platform should be as low noise,low power consumption and space saving as possible on the basis of conforming to the system design index,and have good signal processing capability at the same time.This paper mainly studies the design and the Implemention of buoy receiving and processing platform in the system.Firstly,according to the expected functions of the buoy receiving and processing platform,this paper designs the structure of the platform,and determines various technical parameters through calculation,including analog circuit design parameters,digital processing chips,A/D,D/A chip design indexes,power supply,GPS and radio module selection indexes.At the same time,according to the characteristics of cooperative beacon signals,this paper designs the digital processing flow of buoy receiving and processing platform,analyzes the advantages of this processing method,and uses MATLAB software for simulation analysis,which proves the feasibility of this processing method.Then,according to the parameters of each part,this paper divides the platform circuit into the following six parts to design: controllable gain amplifier circuit,bandpass filter circuit,fixed gain amplifier circuit,analog / digital power supply circuit,A/D and D/A conversion circuit and interface circuit.The design process of each circuit is explained and analyzed from the aspects of device selection,parameter calculation,circuit connection,software simulation,etc.The structural design of PCB was carried out,and the requirements of low noise and low power consumption were fully considered in the design process.Finally,this paper implements the PCB for the designed receiving and processing platform.The PCB is debugged and analyzed.The test results show that the platform designed in this paper meets the design requirements,has the characteristics of low power consumption,and can achieve good filtering and noise reduction functions,which verifies the effectiveness and stability of the receiving and processing platform.
