With the development of petroleum industry, people’s need for oil is growing.The application of instrument to detect the formation of physical properties, and finding the real physical parameters of oil and gas layer, have important significance for the correct evaluation of oil and gas reserves.Through an analysis of the well logging principle, the paper illustrates the close relationship of the amplitude and phase information acquired in logging system and stratum medium. The study algorithm of digital correlation method is proposed according to the requirement of acquiring the single of amplitude and phase, and the paper introduces the basic principle and implementation method of the digital correlation algorithm. Based on the determination of the algorithm, In receiving circuit design the amplification, mixing and filtering and conditioning circuit to improve the signal quality, using a field programmable gate array (FPGA) and digital signal processing (DSP) as the core architecture, using FPGA control circuit of data acquisition, operation processing is completed by the DSP, the amplitude of signal collection circuit that control and data processing function. Through many experiments, it shows that this design of the acquisition and processing circuit is feasible. Moreover, it provides an important theoretical reference for the development of the electromagnetic wave logging instrument and has great value in theory and practice significance.
