Currently,pulsed laser ranging is the most convenient and highly mature ranging means.It does not need cooperative targets,and can measure non mirror targets directly.Because of its good concealment and so on,the infrared pulse laser range finder plays an important role in the weapon and equipment of the sea,land and air,as well as the accurate strike of the missile.In the future high-tech operations,the application of various weapons to infrared pulse laser ranging is an important index to decide the performance of many weapons.In addition,in many modern outdoor measuring instruments,such as electronic total station,weapon fire control system,automobile anti-collision radar and other equipment,there are pulse laser ranging modules composed of laser emission axis and laser receiving axis,it can be seen that the application is very extensive.The uniformity of the optical axis of the infrared laser range finder means the parallelism of the two optical axis,deciding the accuracy and accuracy of the distance measurement,which is one of the most concerned indicators for the manufacturers and users.Therefore,studying infrared pulse laser rangefinder is urgently needed to achieve optical axis consistency test system.This paper is the related technology of the infrared pulse laser range finder about uniformity testing.This paper makes use of the knowledge of optical,machine,electricity,calculation and other disciplines to carry out the research on the uniformity testing technology of the infrared pulse laser rangefinder.The overall design of the test system,the design of the mechanical structure and the optical design parts are studied.The preliminary research on the digital image processing is carried out.The specific contents are as follows:First,through consulting a lot of related literature,we know the research development of pulse laser rangefinder and its optical axis consistency test.On this basis,studying the system composition and ranging principle of infrared pulse laser rangefinder are studied.Aimed at the requirements of the uniformity test of the infrared pulse laser rangefinder,designed the test system overall plan,and the overall design scheme is given.On this basis,the related key technologies,such as infrared ray collimation technology,infrared up conversion technology,CCD imaging technology,computer image processing technology and precision mechanical structure and so on,are studied deeper in this paper.According to the overall design scheme of the system,the off axis parabolic Newtonian reflective parallel optical tube structure is designed for the infrared collimation optical system;the up conversion film is designed with the infrared up conversion technology;the CCD imaging system is designed by CCD imaging technology.The structure of precision machine is designed by the clamping mechanism of the off-axis parabolic reflector and the plane reflector and the precision two-dimensional adjusting table is set up by the precision mechanical technology.The computer image processing software system is designed by means of CCD image acquisition and Microsoft Visual Studio software coordinate calculation.Through the establishment of the optical axis consistency experimental platform,we carried out the test research of the launch shaft and the receiving shaft.The accuracy of the experimental results are analyzed,and the rationality of the design is verified.
