Due to human activities and climatic factors,geological disasters such as collapse and landslides frequently occur,which pose a great threat to human life and property.The traditional single-point deformation monitoring method acquires limited data and the monitoring results are limited.The 3D laser scanning technology can acquire high-precision point cloud data of the research object in a non-contact manner and apply this technique to the analysis of the stability of high-slope geologic dangerous rock masses,it is important to grasp the law of change according to the monitoring results,and to a certain extent,to the warning and treatment of the collapse hazards.This article takes Chongqing Jiguanling dangerous rock as the research object,the main research contents are as follows:(1)The spatial organization and management method of massive point cloud data is studied,and the octree index of the point cloud is established according to the octree coding principle,and the k neighboring points of the point cloud data can be found quickly.(2)Through the matlab simulation plane point cloud experiment,the feasibility of the point cloud comparison algorithm based on the normal vector for the monitoring of the dangerous rock mass deformation is studied,and the whole deformation monitoring experiment of the dangerous rock mass was conducted.The experimental results were compared with the method based on Geomagic modeling.(3)The linear feature extraction method for dangerous rock surface is studied and the linear feature extraction was applied to the surface stability analysis and deformation monitoring of dangerous rock mass.The small-area point cloud containing linear features was selected to explore the deformation law of local rock mass by comparing the characteristic points of the dangerous rock surface and extracting transverse fracture lines.(4)Based on CloudCompare software platform,using C++ programming language,the point cloud comparison algorithm based on the normal vector is realized,and a point cloud ridge line extraction plugin based on curvature is developed,and the deformation trend of the valley ridge line is visually reflected through the 2D deformation map.
