As an unconventional natural gas,coalbed methane is both clean energy and a source of gas explosion accidents in coal mines.If coalbed methane is mined before coal mining,it can not only reduce the probability of gas explosion,but also produce huge economic benefits.The fractures of coal reservoirs are the channel of diffusion and migration of coalbed methane,the variation of the fracture system affects the permeability of the coal reservoir,thus affects the exploration of coalbed methane.Using 3D visualization technology to model fractures in coal reservoirs is a basic work for numerical simulation of coal reservoirs,providing a unit grid for simulation,which has important practical significance.The choice of three-dimensional models directly affects the quality of geological simulation.Therefore,the corner grid is chosen as the foundation of 3D geological modeling and the structural model of coal reservoir is established by using DEM data after studying various 3D geological models in this paper.Aiming at the characteristics of random distribution of sampling points in geological exploration,spatial interpolation is used to encrypt the sampling points,and the most suitable interpolation method is found by comparing the characteristics of various interpolation methods.As a common geological structure,the fault has an significant influence on oil and gas accumulation,ore body and engineering construction and this paper realizes the three-dimensional visualization of it.In the smaller scale key fracture area,the local multilevel encryption technology is used to model the fault zone individually,which lays the foundation for subsequent fault attribute information research.Fracture is the key point of this paper,and the fracture element is located through the fracture line after modeling the coal reservoir as a whole,thus completing the binding work of cracks in the grid model.Based on the coal seam structure model,the attribute model is built,and the cutting section of the attribute model is realized by using OpenGL,which provide geological personnel with many angles to study the means of coal reservoir.By the development platform VS2017,the 3D visualization system of coal reservoir is developed using C# and OpenGL.The system consists of four functional modules,which are data management,structural modeling,attribute modeling and human-machine interaction.Finally,according to the geological data of No.9 coal seam in LaoChang of Qianxi-DianDong area,3D geological model is established using the software,and the basic form and attribute information of No.9 coal seam are showed.The results show that the corner point grid model has obvious advantages in the expression of complex geological structure,and it is of practical significance to study the three-dimensional visualization of coal reservoirs.
