3D laser measuring technology as an emerging industry is now developing very rapid,can be described as "an influential innovative technology after GPS technology." The technology directly entity spatial geometry data acquisition,with its high efficiency,high precision,non-contact measurement and other advantages and plays an essential role in all aspects of construction projects.This article used terrestrial laser scanner Faro focus 3D×130 to obtain point cloud data,and processed and analyzed point cloud data based on some software,such as FAROscene,HDmodeling for CAD2013,photoshop,3DMax,Tengen building,VR virtual reality software.Xiamen Finance Building steel erection construction survey,Xiamen University of Technology for multifunction wind tunnel laboratory finish construction survey,Gulangyu inscription street facade renovation surveying three trustee actual project as an example,the production of building a two-dimensional line graph,the three-dimensional information model,Rao analysis,elevation information,layout and other parts achievements,to carry out ground application of three-dimensional laser technology in the construction,completion,transformation phase.This technique provides a measure of the feasibility of building works to solve complex architectural engineering measurement,lack of data accuracy,lack of information integrity issues.
