As the most common meteorological condition, the gust will change the airspeed and aerodynamic angle of the aircraft, resulting in changes in the aerodynamic forces and moments of the aircraft, which will affect the flight characteristics of the aircraft. In order to reduce the impact of the wind gust on the aircraft,it is necessary to carry out research on gust mitigation. The key is to determine the gust load. The general method is to conduct numerical calculations or sudden wind response wind tunnel tests. The key equipment for the wind-burst response wind tunnel test is to develop a sudden wind response device with stable operation and accurate motion. This paper is from the overall structure design, device dynamics analysis, overall structure static strength and modal analysis, device reliability design, and device In the final realization and debugging,a detailed study was made on the gust response device.A sudden wind response device for a large-scale low-speed wind tunnel was developed.Thesis mainly completed the following research work:?Conduct a general program study.According to the design requirements of the gust response device, the law of cascade oscillation is studied, the overall transmission scheme of the device is determined, and the most reasonable overall layout is selected by comparing various layout plans,so that the carrying capacity of each component of the solution is improved.Well, the structure is more reasonable.?Carry out wind turbine response device dynamics simulation and load analysis.By analyzing the characteristics of the gust apparatus and simplifying the dynamic model, the ADAMS dynamics simulation software was used to carry out a simulation study of the gust response device, and the interface load of various parts of the gust apparatus was determined, and the flywheel of the device was also determined. The system has been optimized.?Conduct overall static strength and modal analysis. The finite element model of the gust apparatus was established. The finite element software ANSYS was used to study the overall deformation, stress distribution and dynamic characteristics of the device.?Develop reliability design.Using the interface load of each component, the static analysis of the main components is completed through ANSYS,and the fatigue life calculation of each component is performed according to the operating conditions.?Developed a gust response device and conducted ground adjustment and in-wind tunnel debugging.According to the design and simulation results, the design and manufacture of the gust response device was completed, and debugging was performed. The device was mainly used to inspect the operation of each component of the device, the overall performance and safety of the device, and the vibration of the device was tested using a sensor.?Summarize the research work of this article, analyze the deficiencies in the research, and put forward the prospects for the next research work. From the debugging situation, the structure design of each mechanism is reasonable and the overall operation is stable. The maximum frequency and the maximum amplitude of the cascade oscillation of the gust response device have all reached the design index. The device is a set of sudden wind test equipment with the largest size and the largest coverage frequency range successfully developed in China. The successful development of this device has effectively improved the special test capability of large-scale low-speed wind tunnels in China and enabled it to carry out the impact of sudden winds. The test conditions that have weakened the impact of the storm and provided more comprehensive experimental technical support for the development and improvement of large aircraft in China.
