With the development of national economy and science and technology,the government has paid more and more attention to the development of rural areas.In order to understand the housing conditions of farmers,in order to obtain more detailed data on rural homesteads and housing,and in order to rationally and effectively plan rural homesteads,the state organized All provinces launched a rural housing and land survey project.The rural housing and land survey is an integration of the rural residential land survey and the rural housing survey.The rural residential land survey is based on a parcel of land,measuring its boundary points,drawing boundary lines,ascertaining the ownersh,ip and use of Four-to-relationships,etc.;rural housing surveys are the basic conditions for investigating the location,area,number of floors,ownership,construction materials,and utilization status of homes within the housing site.Both involve point measurement,and measurement techniques are generally traditional.Instrument and RTK combined method.This method has the disadvantages of heavy task,low efficiency,long cycle and high cost.With the development of oblique photogrammetry,it has become more and more widely used in many fields.It can pass high resolution and high overlapping images quickly.Create a 3D model with high-precision coordinates.We import the generated 3D model into the corresponding software and then vectorize it on the 3D model and its accuracy meets the requirements,then we can transfer a large amount of field work to the internal industry vectorization,which will greatly improve the work.Efficiency,for this paper made the following study:?In order to study the effect of image control point distribution on the position accuracy of 3D model,this paper designs 3 image control point layout methods,and compares the specific experimental data with the traditional image control point layout method to propose an image suitable for rural real estate and one-piece measurement.Control point layout scheme.?A field flight plan was designed to verify the feasibility of the application of tilted photogrammetry in the integrated measurement of rural premises through flight experiments in different regions.? In view of the relatively flat terrain in rural areas in some regions,and the relatively regular and relatively low-rise buildings in a relatively small area,this paper proposes a diagonal flight mode and a method for measuring image-free tilt photography.
