Evaluation And Control Of Groundwater Overexploitation Area At Tao'er River Basin In Baicheng City

As an important water body on the earth,groundwater has a close relationship with human society.In most cities in the north of China,groundwater resources are an important source of water supply.However,for a long time,due to unreasonable and excessive exploitation,groundwater has been suffering from over-exploitation,which causes a series of ecological problems such as the continuous decline of groundwater levels.This research area is located in part of Tao'er River Basin in Baicheng city.The Tao'er River Basin is located in the northwest of Jilin Province,the west of the Nenjiang Plain,and the east of the Horqin Prairie.In recent years,the groundwater in Baicheng Yao'er river basin is unreasonable and excessive exploitation,resulting in serious overexploitation of groundwater.In order to strictly control the groundwater management and protection,prevent exploitation district of groundwater overexploitation,gradually realize the equilibrium of supply and demand of groundwater,the ecological environment improvement and protection,to ensure the sustainable utilization of groundwater resources,according to the Baicheng Yao'er river basin water resources development and utilization of the status quo,this essay will analyze Baicheng Yaoer's change tendency of this river basin groundwater area.In full collection of Baicheng Yaoer's river basin geology,hydrology,water resources development and utilization on the basis of such information,according to Baicheng Yao'er river basin from 2000 to 2016 the underground water level monitoring data,combined with all the test data of underground water level in 2017 the situation of investigation as well as the development and utilization of groundwater resources,we can complete the research area of groundwater area to review.The water level dynamic method and the mining coefficient method were selected to determine the boundary,grade division and evaluation of the overmining area,and the conclusion was drawn that the area of the overmining area was 1165.7km~2,which was the overmining area of shallow groundwater and the overmining area was large.Through the analysis of the reasons for the formation of the overmining area,an effective groundwater overmining area management scheme is worked out.The main findings of the study are as follows:(1)Based on the comparison between the isograde line diagram of the alluvial-diluvial fan and the isograde line diagram of the present survey,the boundary line of the over-exploitation area of the study area was determined with the obvious change of the groundwater flow direction and the isograde line,and the total area of overmining area in the study area was finally determined.(2)There is no serious ecological problem caused by groundwater over-exploitation in Tao'er River Basin of Baicheng City.(3)There is no forbidden mining area in the shallow groundwater over-exploitation area of the Tao'er River Basin.The shallow groundwater over-exploitation area in the Tao'er River basin is a restricted mining area.(4)Two sets of plans for the management of the over-exploitation area in the Tao'er River Basin have been formulated,and it has been determined that Plan 2should be implemented as soon as possible to ensure that the groundwater over-exploitation area of the flood accumulation fan in the Tao'er River is effectively improve.
