In the field of defense industry and aerospace,in order to reduce the loss of production equipment in high temperature environment and the stability of products under high temperature environment,the real-time,stability and accuracy of high-temperature measuring equipment are getting higher and higherRequirements.At the same time,the miniaturization and intelligentization of the temperature measuring device have become the development trend of the temperature measuring device.At present,there are still many shortcomings in the commonly used temperature measuring equipment,such as low detection accuracy,harsh temperature measurement environment or clumsy equipment,and long temperature measurement period.In this paper,the ultrasonic guided wave temperature measurement method is used to design a portable ultrasonic guided wave thermometer to realize real-time and accurate detection of temperature from 300 °C to 1800 °C.Based on the research of ultrasonic guided wave temperature measurement principle and the design requirements,this paper determines the design scheme of portable ultrasonic guided wave thermometer.Ultrasonic guided wave temperature sensor with sapphire(AL2O3)as the sensitive component material,the temperature sensor can achieve rapid response to temperature changes in an oxidizing environment.The temperature measurement system includes a temperature measurement hardware system and a Nios II processor based SOPC system.The temperature measurement hardware system includes: an FPGA hardware control module,a digital acquisition module,a signal preprocessing module,an ultrasonic transmitting and receiving circuit.The SOPC system based on Nios II processor includes: fast data transmission between Nios II processor and external logic module by designing data bus IP core in FPGA.By designing the data separation module in the FPGA,the node wave and the end face wave of the ultrasonic guided wave echo signal are quickly separated,and the collected invalid data is deleted.Finally,ultrasonic echo signal processing is implemented in the Nios II processor.In order to realize the portability of the temperature measuring device,this paper uses the Usart GPU touch serial port screen as the display and control interface of the temperature measuring device to realize the real-time display of the parameter setting and temperature measuring value of the ultrasonic temperature measuring device.After repeated verification and analysis of the portable ultrasonic guided wave thermometer prototype,the designed portable ultrasonic guided wave thermometer can quickly respond to the temperature change of the measured temperature field.And in the oxidizing environment for the temperature below 1800 ° C detection,the resolution is less than 2%.
