In this paper,the unstable slope on the north side of Xixing Garden in Yanzhuang is taken as the research object.The focus of this paper is mainly on the landform signs of the unstable slope,the material structure characteristics of the slope,the stability analysis of the unstable slope,the prevention and control research,the prevention and control process and the monitoring scheme after treatment.According to the difference of topography,geomorphology and geotechnical characteristics of the slope,the unstable slope is divided into two areas from west to east: Q2 unstable slope(Mafang Village East-Yanzhuang New Village West)and Q3 unstable slope(Yanzhuang New Village East).By choosing reasonable parameters and calculating its stability under different conditions by transfer coefficient method and Swedish arc method,the unstable slopes in the study area are affected by topography,rainwater,human engineering activities and earthquakes.The leading edge of the slopes has been instable and collapsed,resulting in deformation and destruction in the middle and rear parts.Through the calculation and analysis of transfer coefficient method and Swedish slice method(circular slip surface)checking calculation of slope stability,Q2-3,Q3-2 and Q3-3 unstable slopes are in an unstable state in the case of continuous rainstorm,and need to take timely preventive measures.Through the stability analysis and calculation of unstable slopes,the general idea of prevention and control scheme is mainly the front foot retaining wall engineering and anti-sliding retaining engineering.The purpose of geological hazard prevention and control can be achieved by combining local slope-cutting lattice with biological engineering.
