The layout planning of logistics parks affects the utilization efficiency of land resources in logistics parks and the efficiency of logistics operations,which makes the importance of layout planning of functional blocks in logistics parks more and more prominent.The preliminary plans obtained from the traditional functional blocks layout planning of logistics parks are greatly influenced by subjective factors,which reduces the optimality of the final layout plan.The unreasonable layout plan will makes the logistics park operate with low efficiency and high logistics cost,which greatly weaken the market competitiveness of logistics parks.Based on the analysis of defects of traditional layout planning method,systematic layout planning,this paper proposes a two-stage layout planning optimization method of functional blocks in logistics park,which include the first stage based on the SLP method for the preliminary layout planning of the functional blocks of the logistics park and the second stage which uses AnyLogic to perform a system simulation optimization of the preliminary layout plan to determine the final layout.Firstly,this paper summarizes the current research status of logistics park layout planning and AnyLogic simulation application,and puts forward the feasibility of research on the two-stage layout planning optimization method of functional block in logistics park.Secondly,it expounds the theory of logistics park layout planning and the basic theory of SLP method and logistics park system simulation.Then,it analyze the step of the two-stage layout planning optimization method.The first phase mainly includes the analysis of the basic elements of the logistics park,the division of functional blocks and the determination of the area,the analysis of the comprehensive relationship,the mapping of the position correlation diagram and the determination of the preliminary layout plans.On the basis of preliminary layout planning of the first stage,the second stage determines the simulation target and evaluation index,based on the analysis of logistics park internal process to build the preliminary layout planning system simulation model of evaluation index output,with the pros and cons of each preliminary layout planning index outcome for decisionmaking basis to determine the final layout planning.Finally,a two-stage layout planning optimization method is used to study the CQ highway logistics park.The final plan of the functional block layout planning of the CQ highway logistics park is obtained,which verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the two-stage layout planning optimization method of the functional block in logistics park.It puts forward suggestions to improve the layout of CQ highway logistics park,so as to provide reference for the layout planning staff of CQ highway logistics park in the later stage.
