Geographic information had new connotation and form in the development of information age.Based on this,this paper collated the data which collected from Taiwan ETC detection station traffic data collection system and Taiwan Statistical Yearbook,then quantitatively studied the characteristics arnd forms of the related networks in major cities in Taiwan based on the comprehensive application of social network analysis,GIS spatial analysis and statistical analysis.The main conclusions were as follows:l)From the view of inter and out station connection,the flow volume of 329 ETC sites was approximately the circle distribution,and the spatial distribution characteristics of traffic volume had spatial auto-correlation characteristics.The No.1 connection volume of Expressway on the same latitude was larger than that of No.3;2)The overall structure of related networks in major cities in Taiwan was loose,and there were thiree levels of distribution networks.The northern part of Taiwan was related to the core area,the middle part was the sub-core,transit center and southern part;3)From the view of city nodes,New Taipei City was the absolute core in the people flow network,and Taichung City was an important node that undertakes the transit and reception in the whole related network.Kaohsiung City in the logistics network was the highlight of the southern region Sub-centers;4)Conducting social network analysis and spatial analysis of ETC reconnaissance stations in key urban nodes with 15 other counties and cities,and concluding that the logistics of the ETC stations located in New Taipei,Taipei,Taoyuan,Taichung,The key ETC sited in New Taipei,Taichung and Kaohsiung in the network;5)Constructing the index system of the impact of Taiwan's related networks and using the traditional gravity model to simulate the city-related network of logistics and people flow,reaching a conclusion that the most influential elements of logistics network was the computer,electronic products and optical products industry,electronics;the main influence to flow of people network was the support service industry development and registration of real estate services company.
