In the 21st century,although the development of the world economy has gradually slowed down,the "contention" and development of energy in various countries have intensified.In recent years,the demand for oil and gas in China has increased day by day.Unconventional oil and gas resources such as coalbed methane and shale gas,The exploration and mining technologies such as“combustible ice”have also entered a crucial stage.Under the impetus of these factors,China's new oil and gas drilling technology has been continuously developed and improved,driving downhole power drills as the main equipment and tools for oil and gas exploration.With updates and improvements.At present,downhole power drills have been widely used in geological drilling,coal field and oil and gas drilling.The curved shell screw drilling tool combination is a kind of bottom hole power drilling tool.Compared with other power drilling tools,it has stronger inclination ability,simple structure,easy operation,low drilling speed,high torque and strong overload capability.It is one of the mainstream slanting tools in China and is widely used in the construction of directional wells,horizontal wells and side wells.In order to make the curved shell screw drilling assembly better serve the drilling and mining of conventional oil and gas drilling and unconventional oil and gas resources,this paper focuses on the ability to create the inclination in weak formations to solve the wellbore in weak formations.The trajectory control provides methods and ideas for predicting the ability of the slanting,designing the structure of the drilling tool and optimizing the parameters of the drilling process.Based on the full investigation of the mechanical analysis model of the curved shell screw assembly and the prediction method of the oblique trend,this paper briefly introduces the static analysis method and the prediction method of the slope of the lower drilling assembly.The effects of geometric analysis and statistical analysis on the theoretical tilting ability of the curved shell drilling tool assembly were studied.The preliminary design of the screw drilling tool was discussed and the preliminary design of each structural parameter of the screw drilling tool was obtained.The method and the design example are given.The geometric calculation model of the slope is modified,and the geometric slope correction model which mainly considers the influence of the stratum and the geometric slope correction model which mainly considers the influence of the drilled trajectory and the drilling parameters are established respectively,and two modified models are obtained respectively.Create a slope prediction formula and analyze the error.Finally,this paper combines the mechanical model of the curved shell screw assembly with the statistical method.Through the mechanical analysis,the three-moment equation of the single-bend single-stable screw assembly is established and solved,and the lateral force of the drill bit and the corner of the drill bit are obtained.The formula,combined with various parameters,was analyzed for mechanical sensitivity.The four influential factors that have the most significant influence on the trend of the skew are selected.The orthogonal regression analysis is used to establish the forecasting model of the single-bend single-stable screw drilling tool.
