Through the use of UAV images to refine the investigation and classification of disaster bodies and disaster-bearing bodies in the study area,the GIS technology is used to complete the risk assessment based on the information model.After obtaining the refined survey and classification data of the disaster-bearing bodies,the generalized objective function method is used to calculate the vulnerability refinement in the four periods of day,night,winter,summer vacation and holiday,and the vulnerability dynamic evaluation is realized to some extent.On the basis of the risk=hazard×vulnerability,model,the risk refinement evaluation is completed,and the visualization work is completed in ArcGIS software.Based on the actual situation of JiLi Town,the field investigation and theoretical calculation method were used to comprehensively study the geological disaster emergency response to the daytime time of JiLi Town for different risk results in different time periods.Finally,emergency plan for geological disasters in the JiLi Town Daguang County was written in a targeted.The specific content and understanding are as follows:1.Based on the information model,the geological disaster risk assessment of typical mountainous cities and towns,using the UAV image to interpret the landslides,collapses and mudslides in the study area;and on-site investigation and verification,establish a geological disaster attribute table.According to the development characteristics of the geological disasters in the town,the elevation,stratum lithology,water system,road,slope,slope structure and other indicators are selected based on the analytic hierarchy process and the information method to quantify the weights of each index and the corresponding information value,the visualization is realized in ArcGIS software.2.Based on the detailed investigation and classification of the vulnerability assessment of geological disasters in mountainous cities and towns,the field survey combined with the UAV image obtained the characteristics of the hazard-bearing body(land use type,population attribute,house type,lifeline),and obtained 247 investigation forms and establish a property sheet for the disaster-tolerant bodies.This paper selects the population vulnerability and material vulnerability index,and uses the generalized function target method combined with ArcGIS software to complete the vulnerability evaluation under different time periods,and realizes the dynamic evaluation of vulnerability to a certain extent.3.Research on the risk assessment technology of geological disasters in mountainous cities and towns.The risk in this paper is defined as:risk=hazard×vulnerability.Due to the obvious difference in vulnerability under different time periods,the risk results show some different as well.The dynamic changes under the segment are divided into four periods of day,night,winter and summer vacation,and holidays.4.Exploration and application of emergency response methods for geological disasters in mountainous cities and towns,selecting the geological disaster emergency response research for JiLi Town during the daytime period,involving emergency command centers,emergency shelters,emergency rescue routes,emergency evacuation routes,to a certain extent coordinated changes in risk and emergency response.
