The Dbax-dressing method based on the local(?)(Dbar)-problem is generalized to s-tudy the derivative nonlinear Schr(?)dinger equation with nonzero boundary conditions.At first,the Dbar problem with the non-normalization condition is considered.Then,the Lax pair of the derivative nonlinear Schr(?)dinger equation with nonzero boundary condi-tions are constructed by Dbar-dressing method,the relation bewteen potential matrix and Dbar-dressing transformation matrix is established.Finally,the N-soliton solution of the derivative nonlinear Schr(?)dinger equation with nonzero boundary conditions are derived by virtue of choosing the special spectral transformation matrix.Moreover,the one-soliton solution of the derivative nonlinear Schr(?)dinger equation with nonzero boundary condi-tions is obtained.
