The rapid development of the digital economy and the globalization of the development of supply chain networks,people's material needs are becoming more and more diversified,which leads to more and more products in the market in China,and the life cycle of products is more and more The shorter the product,the more products are eliminated when the life cycle is not over,which is undoubtedly a waste of resources.In order to achieve sustainable development and achieve a balance between economic development and ecological protection,China vigorously advocates the construction of a reverse logistics system.In the reverse logistics system,the remaanufacturing of the reverse logistics network has become a hot topic for many experts and scholars at home and abroad because of the complicated logistics network structure and the production results of high economic value and use value.At present,the existing research results are mostly concentrated in a single cycle,a single design goal and a certain operating environment,often overlooking the impact of uncertain factors on the remanufacturing reverse logistics network.However,the market environment and social environment in the actual situation are unstable and constantly changing.The remanufacturing reverse logistics network will inevitably be affected by some uncertain factors in the process of operation,such as the uncertainty of the quantity of recycling.Uncertainty in the quality of recycling and uncertainty in market demand.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the remanufacturing reverse logistics network design of uncertain environment more realistically.This paper takes remanufacturing reverse logistics network under uncertain environment as the research object,and conducts site selection research on remanufacturing reverse logistics network from static modeling and dynamic modeling.The static model includes single-cycle remanufacturing reverse logistics network.Design model and multi-cycle remanufacturing reverse logistics network design model,dynamic model includes multi-cycle remanufacturing reverse logistics network dynamic inventory location model.The single-cycle remanufacturing reverse logistics network model is the research basis of this paper.The recovery quantity and the abandonment rate are uncertain parameters,and the total cost and the minimum negative effect of residents are the objective functions.The model is solved by the target programming method,and the validity of the model is verified by numerical examples and analysis.Based on the single-cycle remanufacturing reverse logistics network model,three uncertain parameters of recycling quantity,abandonment rate and market demand quantity are introduced,and a mixed integer programming model of multi-cycle remanufacturing reverse logistics network is constructed.The validity of the model.The results are analyzed to prove that the multi-cycle static model can better control the total cost and the negative effect of the residents compared with the single-cycle static model.Based on the multi-period static model,the dynamic equation of inventory is introduced,and the dynamic design model of multi-cycle remanufacturing reverse logistics network is constructed.The validity and validity of the model are verified by the solution and analysis of the example.It is proved that the multi-cycle dynamic model is better than the static model,which can make better use of existing facility resources and reduce resource waste.Finally,comparing the robustness of the three models,it is proved that the robustness of the multi-cycle dynamic model is optimal.Figure 20,table 55,reference 66.
