Grey decision-making is an important part of grey system theory and modern decisionmaking science.In this paper,grey decision-making method and its application in drought risk assessment are studied.The main results are as follows:(1)The classification decision of grey target under grey information is studied.In this paper,the problem of multi-index decision making with interval grey number is discussed.Firstly,a target distance measurement method is proposed to express the difference between the decision-making object and the ideal state.At the same time,combined the idea of deviation with the distance measurement of target center,a model for determining index weight and classification parameters is constructed.A grey target classification decision model based on interval grey number information is established.(2)The static grey multi-index decision making under grey information is studied.The grey multi-index decision-making problem with three-parameter interval grey number is studied.Firstly,by defining the relative similarity relation between grey number of three-parameter interval and positive and negative ideal vectors,a multi-objective optimization model for determining index weight is constructed.Then,by using the simplified form of three-parameter interval grey number,the relative similarity of kernels and greyness between decision-making scheme and positive and negative ideal scheme are obtained,and then the comprehensive relative similarity relation of decision-making scheme is calculated.A static grey multi-index decision-making model with three parameters interval grey number is established.(3)The dynamic grey multi-index decision making under grey information is studied.In this paper,the grey multi-index decision-making problem with interval grey number and multi-state is discussed.Firstly,the kenel sequence and greyness sequence of the decision-making scheme are constructed,and the multi-objective optimization model is established to determine the weight of the index.At the same time,considering the dynamic evolution process of the decision-making problem,the stage weight optimization model is established based on grey entropy sequence and Orness measure.Finally,the decision-making information is aggregated to evaluate the decision-making scheme.A dynamic grey multi-index decision-making model based on kernel and greyness is established.(4)The proposed methods are applied to the regional agricultural drought vulnerability assessment and drought risk assessment in Henan Province.Then,the rationality and scientificity of these models are tested through the results.
