Crambinae is a subfamily of Crambidae,Pyraloidea,Lepidoptera. The subfamily has numerous species and a wide occurrence, which is not only an important group for studying biodiversity but also have some notorious pests in agriculture and forestry.Based on the taxonomic study on Crambinae from Jiangxi Province,16 genera and 63 species were identified, including three new species: Crambus wugongshanensis sp.nov.,Gargela convexa sp.nov.and Metaeuchromius grandispinata sp.nov.;two genera and twenty species are recorded from Jiangxi Province for the first time: Catoptria Hübner(1825),Miyakea Marumo,1933,Ancylolomia carcinella Wang & Sung,1981,Chilo auricilius Dudgeon,1905,Calamotropha sienkiewiczi Bleszynski,1961,C.subfamulella(Caradja &Meyrick,1936),Catoptria mienshani Bleszynski,1965,Gargela hastatela Song,Chen &Wu,2009,G.flavifasciaria Li & Li 2012,G.rosannoides(Bleszynski,1965),G.pomae Wang & Sung,1988,G.castaneus Song & Chen,2002,G.electra(Bleszynski,1965),G.copernici(Bleszynski,1965),G.palidella Wang & Sung,1988,G.baculella Wang & Sung,1988,G.rectifascialis Gaskin,1988,G.omeishani(Bleszynski,1965),G.rhamphella Wang & Sung,1988,Metaeuchromius flavofascialis Park,1990,Miyakea raddeellus(Caradja,1910)and Roxita bipunctella(Wileman & South,1917).In the context, the new species and the newly recorded species were described, and their images of adults and illustrations of genitalia were provided.Furthermore, the diagnostic characters and keys of the other taxa were given. In addition, based on the statistics and analysis of the species geographic distribution in Jiangxi Province, the results as follows: Glaucocharis Meyrick,1938 has the most species(21 known species, accounting for 33.33% of the total Crambinae in Jiangxi). The species diversity of this subfamily in the surrounded areas is higher than that in the central areas, and the northern region is richer than that in the southern region.Among them,Wuyi Mountain has the highest species diversity, followed by Jiuling Moutain. In China fauna, the Crambinae of this province can be divided into 20 geographical distribution types, with the most endemic types in Central China(11 species, accounting for 17.46%),followed by Central China + South China(9 species, accounting for 14.29%).Compared to the other fauna of China,Jiangxi Province, which located in Central China, has much more same species with South China(57.14%,36 species),North China(49.21%,31 species)and Southwest China(41.27%,26 species).
