Research On Evaluation Of Marine Economic Development Level In Shandong Province

The 21st century is the ocean century.The coastal countries have turned their development eyes into the ocean and gradually strengthened the exploration and development of marine resources.The position of the ocean in the development of the world economy has rapidly increased.As a big country in the sea,China should keep up with the trend of global marine economic development,accelerate the development of the marine economy,and strive to become a great goal of becoming a maritime power.With the strategic layout of"One Belt,One Road",a total of 18 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government have been included in the "One Belt,One Road"strategic plan,strengthening economic cooperation between China and coastal countries.However,there are obvious imbalances in the development of marine economy in 11 coastal areas of China,and the regional differentiation of the marine economy is becoming increasingly serious.As a major marine province,Shandong Province has always had a relatively backward development level of marine economy.In order to analyze the shortcomings in the development of marine economy in Shandong Province,the paper firstly studies the level of marine economic development,industrial structure,science and technology education,and the marine environment.From the perspective of marine resources,the current situation of marine economic development in Shandong Province from 2011 to 2015 is analyzed.Then,by constructing the evaluation model of marine economic development level,using the entropy method and the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the development of marine economy in Shandong Province from 2006 to 2015,and then carry out spatial comparative analysis of the development of marine economy in the coastal provinces in 2015.This shows that Shandong Province has generally shown an increasing state in the process of developing the marine economy,with occasional small fluctuations;in 2015,Shandong Province ranked second to last in terms of marine ecological development level.Therefore,Shandong Province should strengthen its emphasis on marine ecological development.To enhance the management of marine environmental pollution and enhance the sustainable development of the ocean.
