Based on 9Z-6A type a dish of knife type ensilage press cutterhead as the research object,analysis in ensilage machine cutting state of maize straw chopper,slip angle,dynamic cutting knife gap,spindle speed,moisture content of corn stalk factors influence the power consumption of contrast,for the subsequent related machine research,users and manufacturers to improve the model provides the technical support.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Chopper ensilage machine on the stress analysis of cutting performance,from the Angle of the cutting specific energy in the process of the research work of energy consumption per unit area of the change rule,to determine the moving blade sliding cutting angle influence on power consumption,get the applicability of this model smooth corner cut roughly 30°?50°(2)In ensilage machine productivity than power consumption value(power consumption)as the performance index,with five equivalent sliding cutting angle of the blade to do single factor experiment,than the power performance is superior to the original blade sliding cutting angle range of 35°?40°.In the working range of chaff cutter yellow storage,to specific power consumption as a performance index,to chaff cutter spindle speed,fixed blade clearance,corn straw moisture content of three factors for the test factors orthogonal test.Through range analysis,get the main and secondary order of the influence of test factors on the specific power consumption of chaff cutter:spindle speed>move the clearance>moisture content.The orthogonal test results of variance analysis,the result is that the spindle speed of the hay cutter than the power of significant impact,corn straw moisture content comparison power impact is not significant.Based on the regression analysis of the orthogonal test results,the regression equation for predicting specific power consumption in the working range of chaff cutter silage was obtained.(3)Finite element simulation software(HyperMesh,LS-DYNA,LS-PerPost joint simulation)was used to conduct nonlinear finite element simulation of the cutter model of the chaff cutter,and the causes of burr and fracture of cutting surface in the cutting quality of the material were explained from the perspective of transient state.Guillotine cutting stage can be divided into three processes,namely compression process,cutting process,cutting process,in which the cutting process is a significant stage of sliding shear force.Sliding cutting angle influence mainly by cutting process,the rotation angle design and smooth cut within 17.g°and 31.15° angle range of 35°?40° blade curve of the most significant influence on ensilage machine cutting performance.Through the performance test analysis of chaff cutter and cutting process of nonlinear finite element analysis,the realization of the blade curve parameter analysis and the cutter in yellow storage processing optimal parameter ratio,can better guide the cutter performance improvement and guide the actual production.
