Network electronic map is a new type of electronic map application.It is an informational geographic data product that combines computer science,internet and traditional paper maps for storage,review and application.In recent years,the number of electronic map products has grown rapidly.With strong functions and development potential,it has gradually become the mainstream of electronic map products,playing an increasingly important role in public daily life,business development and government management needs.The role of spatial information visualization and dissemination has received increasing attention.With the popularization and application of network electronic maps,how to effectively evaluate its development status has become a research hotspot in recent years.Scientific,objective and comprehensive evaluation of network electronic maps,further clarifying various influencing factors of the healthy development of network maps,ensuring the accuracy and speed of network electronic maps,greatly improving user satisfaction and promoting network electronic maps Constant innovation and improvement as well as regional economic development have important theoretical and practical value.Based on the in-depth analysis of the characteristics,functions,application status and influencing factors of network electronic maps,this paper makes a comparative study on four kinds of comprehensive evaluation methods such as BP neural network,analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and data including analysis method.Based on the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the network electronic map is qualitatively and quantitatively evaluated and analyzed.The main research work and results are as follows:1.Explain in detail the definition,characteristics and functions of the network electronic map,and deeply discuss the development status of the network electronic map.Combined with the questionnaire survey,statistics on the cognition of users of network electronic maps are made from the perspective of sociology,and the practical problems of network maps are discussed.The research results show that the current network electronic maps have different sources of data quality,long update period,uneven expression of the map,lack of product innovation,difficult access to geographic data,and inadequate securit y protection.2.Based on the research and discussion of the prominent factors affecting the electronic map of the network,based on the existing research indicators,five first-level indicators and 25 second-level indicators were selected to establish a more comprehensive,systematic and feasible network electronic map.The evaluation index system,and scientific analysis and evaluation of the network electronic map from the five aspects of data factors,map function,map expression,human-computer interaction and user satisfaction,improve the credibility of the evaluation results.3.AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed for the fuzziness and complexity of network electronic map.Based on the expert scoring,based on the establishment of the hierarchical structure model,the judgment matrix is established and solved,and the Consistency Index(CI)and the Consistency Ratio(CR)are introduced to perform hierarchical single-order and consistency check.,assigning values to each evaluation index of the network electronic map and determining the weight.The results of weight sorting show that data quality and map function are the core factors affecting the evaluation of network electronic maps;accuracy in data quality,path planning in map function,map POI in map expression,search engine and difficulty in search in human-computer interaction,Security privacy protection in user satisfaction is an important factor affecting the criteria level indicators.On the basis of the single factor of the comprehensive evaluation impact system,the single factor membership degree table,comprehensive evaluation matrix and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of each instance map were established through questionnaire survey.Using AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,Based on MATLAB programming and Excel software to achieve the normalization of evaluation indicators and data calculation,Combining 8 kinds of network electronic maps,qualitative and quantitative analysis is carried out from the aspects of data quality and map function,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for a series of problems and improvements in network electronic maps.The AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method effectively weakens the subjective influence brought by expert scoring and questionnaires,makes the evaluation results more scientific and rational,and provides important evaluation methods and means for solving realistic problems with fuzzy concepts.
