Oil reserves can be divided into two types: ground,underground,semi-underground storage tanks and underground storage tanks.In recent years,China has built a number of large underground oil storage caverns for national strategic oil reserves.However,there are not many studies on the measurement of underground oil storage capacity,and a unified measurement standard has not yet been formed.This paper studies the data processing technology of 3D laser scanning method for large-scale underground oil storage reservoir capacity measurement,and proposes the calculation model of underground cavern capacity,the method of segmentation of cavern area and the calculation method of horizontal section area of cavern.The corresponding management system,and the reliability and accuracy of the method are verified by experimental verification and data comparison.The main work of the thesis includes the following parts:(1)Research on capacity measurement calculation model of large underground oil storage cavern by 3D laser scanning method.The calculation model of groundwater sealing reservoir capacity based on point cloud analysis is studied.The whole model of groundwater sealing cavern is divided into several parts and calculated separately.Each region is calculated separately,and the micro-body type is selected.The triangular micro-element method and the rectangular micro-element method are used to calculate the horizontal cross-sectional area of the micro-element,and the regional volume table is obtained,and finally the regional capacity table is synthesized into a total capacity table.(2)Software development.Using C# language and Access database to develop "underground cavern capacity verification management system" on.net platform by using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010,realize the three-dimensional reconstruction of point cloud,the division of each area of groundwater sealing cavern,the horizontal cross-sectional area of the divided area,The calculation of the volume and the establishment of the regional volume table,at the same time realize the synthesis of the volume table,view the help documentation and other functions.(3)Experimental test.A Leica Scan Station P40 3D laser scanner was used to scan an underground cavern in China.After point cloud registration,denoising,and thinning,it was calculated by the developed system.The horizontal cross-sectional area results calculated by the triangular micro-element method and the rectangular micro-element method are compared.For the comparison of the regular patterns,the calculated deviation of the two is within 0.4%;for the pattern with discontinuous regions,the rectangular method is more convenient and accurate.The reliability and applicability of the rectangular micro-element method are verified.The volume table obtained by the development system is compared with the volume table obtained by the total station method,and the deviation between the two is within a reasonable range.
