This subject is focused on the design and research of the structure of a type of miniaturized and high-precision Gyro North-finders.The Gyro North-finders need to be installed in limited space and to be used under the impact and shock environment.So the requirement dimension,specific structure design and quality is very strict.The positioning accuracy and compact structure must be reached.Considering the impact and shock received during work,a structure design of high strength,high rigidity and light weight must be reached.The research contents are as follows:1.According to the working principles of the Gyro North-finders and the foundation of the existing products,this paper proposes the overall concept design of the structure by analysis and comparison of the project of the different types of the Gyro North-finders.2.According to the technical requirements,this paper proposes the composition of the high-precision and miniaturization Gyro North-finders,selects the model design of the purchased parts after computing the various parementer,designs the structure of the components,selects the materials and carrys out satety design?routing and sealing design.3.According to the parameters of the impact and shock vibration,this paper builds the model of the slewing mechanism of the high-precision and miniaturized Gyro North-finder.On the other hand,this paper analyses the influence of the vibration impact test on the products through the Aysys software simulation.4.This paper proposes the experiment purpose,records the process of the experiment and analyzes the results of the experiment by the vibration impact test of the high-precision and miniaturized Gyro North-finder.
