With the rapid development of science,technology,economy and culture in modern society,the diversification of decision-making problems and the complication of decision-making environment pose new challenges to multiple attribute group decision making(MAGDM).Using rational decision information and choosing appropriate decision methods to make effective decisions have become a research hotspot in decision practice and decision science.In this paper,the MAGDM problem is further studied from three aspects: the representation of decision-making information,the optimization of decision-making empowerment,and the improvement of decision-making methods.In the representation of decision information,two new linguistic variables are proposed.In this paper,TrFLV is extended from the traditional fuzzy linguistic variables.On the basis of triangular fuzzy linguistic variable(TFLV)and Pythagorean fuzzy set(PFS),trapezoidal Pythagorean fuzzy linguistic variable(TrPFLV)is proposed.Based on the intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic preference relation,we presented trapezoidal Pythagorean fuzzy linguistic preference relation(TrPFLPR).TrFLV,TrPFLV and TrPFLPR provide more suitable and effective information representation for MAGDM fuzzy problem.In addition,we propose and verify their algorithms and comparison methods.In the optimization of decision weighting,a new combinatorial weighting method based on variable priority is proposed.Based on the traditional deterministic and fuzzy decision weighting methods,the objective attribute weights based on the decision information itself are proposed,and the information entropy weights based on TrPFLECOWMD and TrPFLECOWMD which take the decision maker's subjective attribute weights into full consideration are also proposed.In the aggregation of decision information,a new TrPFLECOWA operator based on TrPFLV and TrPFLECOWA is proposed.Based on the Pythagorean fuzzy linguistic preference relation,TrPFLECOWMD based information entropy weight and trapezoidal Pythagorean fuzzy linguistic Minkowski distance,TrPFLECOWMD operator is proposed.TrPFLV is combined with Bonferroni Mean operator to present TrPFLBM operator.Based on the operation rules of fuzzy variables,the basic properties of TrPFLECOWA operator,TrPFLECOWMD operator and TrPFLBM operator are proved.Finally,we apply the decision model and method of the operator mentioned above to an actual MAGDM case,and verify the effectiveness and practicability of the operator mentioned above.
